Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Pro Breeze unit in its original packaging, including all manuals, filters, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
